How to Order Repeat Prescriptions

Requests may be made using your computerised prescription counterfoil.

• using the letter box outside the surgery near the entrance
• using the letter box inside the entrance foyer
• by post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope
• online - please download the Online Services Registration Form

If you do not have the computerised counterfoil you may download this repeat prescription form and hand it into reception or post it to the surgery.

Please allow two working days before collection (see below chart for more details).

Dispensary

Prescriptions may be dispensed for our ‘eligible’ patients (those who live more than one mile from a chemist, and live in an area of rural character).

The dispensary is open from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (please note that the dispensary is CLOSED on Wednesdays between 12.30pm and 1.30pm and Saturdays).
